Sancta provides both tracked and standard delivery options globally, with free shipping available.

I hope you love your Sancta jewellery, but if you change your mind, you can return your items*. If you would like to return your items, it must be within 14 days of receiving the item. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, with no signs of use and within their original packaging.

*Eligible items do not include those that were purchased on sale and custom-made items, including those with custom measurements. The exception is the Playfair earrings, which you can return.

Create a Return:

To begin any return, please email sancta.jewels@gmail.com with proof of purchase. I will email back with the return address you will need in step 4.

Then, to start your return, simply go to https://send.royalmail.com/ and follow the instructions below:

  1. Click ‘send item now’

  2. Choose ‘United Kingdom’ when they ask ‘where is your parcel going?’, choose ‘Large Letter’ for the dimensions, and ‘up to 100g’ for the weight.

  3. Choose your preferred delivery option. Though it is not essential, I recommend an option with tracking as Sancta cannot be responsible for missing packaging.

  4. Type in the given address to you via email.

  5. After typing in your address, you can choose between printing your label and securing it over the old label of the package you wish to return, and post it through your nearest post box, or arrange a collection for your label to be printed and collected for you.

At this time, unfortunately, Sancta cannot cover the cost of returns.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for PayPal payments or 5–10 business days for card payments to appear in your account. Shipping fees are unfortunately non-refundable.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please ensure you email Sancta via sancta.jewels@gmail.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your postage confirmation. Sancta will submit a claim on your behalf to request a refund.

POSTAL DAMAGE

DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL

Each piece of Sancta jewellery is handmade with care and thoroughly quality-checked, so issues are extremely rare. However, if your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Sancta at Sancta.jewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include proof of purchase and any photos of the damage.

If you believe your jewellery has broken sooner than expected, please also reach out. While this is uncommon, I’ll be happy to assess the issue -and depending on the nature of the damage, I may be able to repair or replace the piece for you.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

Unfortunately, Sancta is unable to provide detailed return instructions for countries outside our primary shipping zones. However, similar return methods should be available through your local postal services.
